1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thAIng services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our services only as permitted by law and these terms. You may not misuse our services, attempt to access them using a method other than the interface we provide, or use them to harm others.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@thaing.ai.

4. Access, Pilots, and Provisioning

In this luxury-first rollout, thAIng access may be granted through invited previews, pilots, or professionally installed deployments. Access windows, pilot terms, service scope, and rollout sequencing may vary by residence, building, or operations environment. Preview access does not guarantee long-term commercial availability on the same terms.

5. Commercial Terms and Billing

Commercial deployments are governed by an order form, pilot agreement, or other written commercial terms that specify deployment fees, recurring service fees, term length, renewal mechanics, and included capabilities. Public pricing pages are directional and may not reflect the full scope of a specific environment, installation, or partner-led rollout.

6. Advanced Interfaces and Optional Modules

Features such as video collaboration, spatial interfaces, hologram experiences, or advanced media workflows may be made available only to qualified deployments or under separate commercial scope. Availability, support levels, and usage limits are determined by the applicable order form or pilot terms.

7. Deployment and Installation Services

Professional setup, integration design, onboarding, tuning, and partner coordination are professional services. Hardware, field installation, partner labor, and other third-party costs may be billed separately or managed through an approved integration partner. Once scheduled or delivered, these services may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

thAIng and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thaing Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. AI Services Disclaimer

thAIng AI agents provide automated assistance and recommendations. AI-generated content and recommendations should not be considered professional advice. Users are responsible for verifying recommendations and making their own decisions. thAIng does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of thAIng is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AI agents may store conversation memories and user preferences to improve service quality. You can delete your conversation history and agent memories at any time from your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thaing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages from AI recommendations, smart home device interactions, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may terminate, suspend, or narrow access at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, harmful use of AI services, or safety concerns in a governed environment. Preview access and pilots may also conclude when their defined window ends.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
