Kearvyn founded thAIng after recognizing a gap the industry kept ignoring: businesses and homeowners were drowning in complexity while AI remained trapped in chat windows. thAIng was built to change that.
Alongside thAIng, he leads Vynar Capital and is actively deploying the system across 6 units under development in Boston, completing by the end of 2026. That operating perspective is why the product is grounded in execution instead of abstraction.
He is developing the first AI building in Somerville, Massachusetts, next to Harvard and MIT, designed from the ground up to run on thAIng.
