thAIng is the AI-staffed home: a staff of fourteen named AI agents — a house manager, a head of security, an energy manager, a house engineer, and their colleagues — that runs a residence the way great households have been run for a century. Working through the home's existing control systems, the staff manages comfort, security, energy, and upkeep proactively, around the clock, and reports honestly. thAIng extends the standard of care once reserved for the world's most staffed homes to homes that never had staff at all.

Kearvyn Arne is a technology entrepreneur and the founder of thAIng. A first-generation Haitian immigrant, his background spans healthcare operations, real-estate investment, and AI systems. He started thAIng on a simple observation: the smart home gave everyone controls, but only one home in a thousand ever had someone whose job was to use them — and intelligence, organized like a staff, could change that for the other nine hundred ninety-nine.
