  • Subscription Plans: Refunds for subscription services will only be considered within the first 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, the subscription is considered non-refundable, and the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Free Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged, and no refunds will be applicable as no payment was made.
  • Annual Plans: For annual subscription plans, refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial Usage: Refunds are not available for services partially used or unused during the subscription period.
  • Add-On Purchases: Additional services or one-time purchases (e.g., premium support, add-ons) are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Enterprise Plan: Due to the custom nature of Enterprise subscriptions, refunds are not available once the service has commenced.
